Pregnant with their first child, Chelsey and Dillon of Cut Off, LA were shocked to see an abnormality on their baby’s ultrasound. The family’s journey took a positive turn as Terrebonne General Medical Center and Ochsner worked together to bring baby Brylan’s care close to home.

Teaching is everything to Kelley Jones. When she was diagnosed with an extremely rare disorder, she was unable to continue teaching. Kelley was able to receive care for her diagnosis close to home in Baton Rouge and now she's back in the classroom doing what she loves.

Long-time runner and triathlete Billy Freiberg wasn’t about to let a heart problem keep him off the trail. Thanks to a pacemaker and the expertise of Dr. Daniel Morin, Cardiac Electrophysiologist and Director of Cardiovascular Research at Ochsner, Billy has his running shoes back and is committed to showing others how to live life to the fullest.
